Our Story

My name is Mike. I have loved trees and plants since I was a kid. This place is an extension of that love for trees and plants. I truly believe that food can be grown without the use of pesticides or inorganic fertilizers or excessively artificial measures. The plants I grow and gather seeds from are growing in that way.

I try to source seeds from trees growing with minimal or no assistance or from nurseries that follow that model, and I grow my seedlings that way as well.
